President appointed recognized moral authorities members of the Contest Committee of the Anti-Corruption Bureau ------------------------------------------------------------ The President of Ukraine has appointed two recognized human rights defenders Refat Chubarov and Yevhen Zakharov, as well as historian Yaroslav Hrytsak members of the Contest Committee of the Anti-Corruption Bureau. The Committee will hold a competition for the post of Director of the Bureau. The Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers have yet to appoint three members of the committee each. I think that I have appointed the men who will become the moral guidance for the Parliament and the Government in determining their candidates. Each of them is the conscience and authority of the nation. The establishment of the Anti-Corruption Bureau is the response to the clear and urgent request of the Ukrainian society for total elimination of corruption in our state. Thus, I call on the Government and Verkhovna Rada to determine their candidates without any delay, Petro Poroshenko has noted.
