President begins 2-day State visit to Ethiopia President Yoweri Museveni has arrived in Addis Ababa at the start of a 2-day State Visit to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The President, who is accompanied by his wife and also Karamoja Affairs Minister, Mrs. Janet Museveni, was this afternoon received on arrival at Addis Ababa’s Bole International Airport by the Ethiopian Prime Minister, Mr. Hailemariam Desalegn, a number of Ethiopian Cabinet Ministers as well as other high-ranking government officials. President was earlier seen off at Entebbe International Airport by the Head of Public Service, Mr. John Mitala. Others at the Airport to see him off included the Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura, the Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr. Johnson Byabashaija and Chief of Staff the Air Force, Col. James Birungi.
