Press Release - Anger over attack on UN school The Federation of Muslim Organisations (FMO) has supported the UN Secretary Generals claims that Israels bombing of a UN run school in Gaza was a moral outrage and a criminal act which constituted a gross violation of International law. Not only has this school attack killed at least 10 people but it was housing many others who have been further displaced by the continuous bombardment we have witnessed Israel conducting. The US State Department also called the attack disgraceful so Israel is increasingly becoming isolated in the eyes of the international community which serves no purpose whatsoever. The killing of innocent people and children in particular must stop. The FMO is angered too by the constant attacks on key infrastructure which further impoverishes and exacerbates the plight of the Palestinians.
