Press Release: CLOSURE AND RELOCATION OF MS-TCDC GLOBAL PLATFORM DAR-ES SALAAM This is to inform the general public, MSTCDC (formerly Danish Volunteer Training centre) is relocating its youth training programme ‘The Global Platform’ from plot no. 463 Charambe Street Upanga area in Dar es Salaam to MS-TCDC main facility in Usa River Arusha. The Global Platform office in Dar es Salaam will be closed effectively from 1st September 2014. MS-TCDC offers skills building short courses; action-oriented academic programmes; advisory services; Kiswahili language and cultural orientation courses.
