JHR-Liberia President to Kick Out Ebola in 90 Days As Journalists for Human Rights (Liberia Chapter), National President and deputy administrator of Golden Rule Inc., as well as one of Liberia youngest analytical politician Isaac Cooper, can control and curtail the spread of the world deadliest Ebola Virus Disease within sixty days and declared our Liberia an Ebola free state within ninety days. Liberia can be declared an Ebola free state within ninety days whereas, schools, businesses, NGOs, corporate sectors, and government institutions can reopen within sixty days if government see it wise to establish and empowered a neutral Strategic Ebola Force, comprising of nongovernmentalofficials to help burgess the effort of Ebola Task Force, despite the Red Cross projection whose approximation is six to nine months. The Strategic Ebola Force is necessary in order to boost effectiveness and ensure proper methodologies in minimizing fear, high deaths and risk of the virus to the people of Liberia. The 15 men Strategic Ebola Force should comprised of at least one of each (Political, Human Rights, Religious, media, and civil society groups) including me to help with proper coordination and strategies. The fight against Ebola is not a one man show but, everybody business if our country should be save sooner from this virus disease. I appreciate the effort of the government most especially humanitarian groups, health NGOs, minister Nyeswah and president Sirleaf for her tremendous effort in counseling the bereaved in this Ebola epidemic. The work plan of the Ebola Task Force is not bad but could be more effective with the Strategic Ebola Force to coordinate and effectively strategize measures to kick out Ebola in 90 days. We must remember The problem is not the problem but, the source of the problem is the problem. Ebola is real is not the problem but, the preventive measures in kicking out Ebola is the problem. That is, the Ebola Task Force is the problem and cause of high increased of Ebola deaths and very poor health care nationwide in this Ebola struggle. Now Readers these are some of the strategies: *The Strategic Ebola Force will ensure punctuality in Ebola Response Call Centers * Effectiveness in transportation when there is suspected case of Ebola * Proper counseling to victim and family with compensation * Statement of trust and confidence to people with symptoms of Ebola *Special care and attention to infected people in Ebola quarantine centers * Proper county to counties passage with restrictive measures to aid the military Operation White Shield *Make available at least 30 or more used vehicles most especially pickups network in strategic locations. *Excellent working relationship with community leaders, groups and marketers in fighting Ebola together. * Free health care to everyone and more attention to health workers in this historical 90 days fight combating ungodly deadliest Ebola virus disease as Liberia is declared Ebola free state. The lukewarm attitude and poor managerial skills of the Ebola Task Force has proven ineffectivenesswhich has led to atrocity against the people of Liberia, high increase of deaths not only from Ebola but due to fear of Ebola, poor health care, bad economy, hardship and joblessness, casualty, Injustices, poverty, and abuse of civil liberties. This than prompts the need for either the Strategic Ebola Force as an aid or reshuffling of the Ebola Task Force due its incompetence and failure combating Ebola with uncontrollable death rate between July 20, with reported deaths of (127 deaths and 77 confirmed) and August 26, 2014 reported(624 deaths and confirmed 269) deaths. In 36 days the Ebola Task Force has proven inability to combat the virus with its plan and poor implementation tactic. Liberia is the first country with the highest suspected(1082) and deaths(624) cases since the outbreak of Ebola in 1976. Neighboring Sierra Leone had the highest suspected(454) and confirmed(405) cases whereas, the source of the Ebola outbreak in west African state, Guinea with the highest in deaths(314) and Liberia the least before July 20, 2014. This than draws attention for the urgent appointment of the 90 days Strategic Ebola Force. Under the Ebola Task Force, it is clear that between July 20, to August 20, of this year statistically, Liberia has had 383% new suspected(858) , 249.3% new confirmed(192) and 391.3% deaths(624) cases within 31 days or a month, Sierra Leone and Guinea have curtail Ebola spread far better than Liberia. In less than a week or six days Liberia had accumulated 70 more confirmed deaths, 296 suspected and 130 tested cases. In my view, it is clear that if Ebola should continue on said speed, more than half of the population would be dead in less than a year. I appreciate Madam Sirleaf for her counseling role in the fight against this disease, but she must act with immediate effect in appointing the Strategic Task Force in 72 hours (beginning from September 1st) and avoid losing the trust and confidence of the people. I Isaac Cooper if appointed and failed to significantly curtail the spread of Ebola Virus Disease within 60 days and in 90 days shall work for free without even compensation or if possible other measures could be taken against me for my failure. Liberian people are nonviolent but rather people who need proper understanding on dissemination of information, and not force. I appreciate the Curfew but, adjustment of time to 10:00PM and other measures are needed in order to avoid violence, intimidation, insults, assaults, harassment and etc, on peaceful citizens who are coincidentally unfortunate to be in door after 9:00PM, but rather promote respect for human dignity. Yes together, we can all defeat the health nightmare Ebola Virus Disease, and Liberia can be declared an Ebola free state.
