Press Release provided by: Jake Potter, MMI Public Relations Terramor Homes Welcomes Trey Eades As Permit Coordinator Local Home Building Company Expands Permits Office With New Staff Addition Terramor Homes, a local premier award winning home building company in the Triangle that offers both single-family homes and luxury custom homes, has announced that Trey Eades has joined the company as a permit coordinator. In his role, Eades is responsible for preparing plans and applications for the permit office, coordinating plot plans and septic layouts, and maintaining all updates to future and current home plans. Prior to joining the Terramor team, Eades worked for Capital Restoration and Waterproofing in Raleigh as a project manager, where he managed day-to-day operations and bidding for new projects. A recent graduate of Appalachian State University, he received a bachelor’s degree in construction management and is a member of the Student Builders Association (SBA) and the Appalachian Alumni Association. A native of Raleigh, Eades resides in the Raleigh and Leesville, N.C. area.
