Pressure Cooker Chronicles: summer squash and onions. Sautéed the onion in the cooker first, then pressure (7 mins) with squash, thyme, salt and pepper, and (too much) liquid. After pressure, drained it all as well as possible and returned to cooker. Cooked it open for another ten minutes or so to get a nicer, drier texture. This makes a very southern-style mushy combo. It tastes like Im at my grandmothers house. Yum!
