Preston Hood Chevrolet, LLC is currently seeking an Internet / Business Development Center Service Representative. Responsibilities & Qualifications of this position include the following: • Working all new internet leads and maintaining an excellent relationship with our customers • Communicating with prospective clients through phone & email on a regular schedule • Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites • Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed • Gathering information for out of state customers • Learning, understanding and adhering to call & email scripts • Communication to prospective clients through phone and email on a regular schedule • Customer service oriented • Excellent organizational skills • Strong follow-up skills / Quick response time • Highly proficient computer skills • Exceptional verbal, written and oral communication skills • A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn • Professional dress and appearance • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred Interested applicants may apply in person at 11325 Cedar Lake Rd.
