Pretty Ringed Eggs You need: Red Bell Pepper Green Pepper Onion Eggs (Farm fresh if you can get them!) Slice the onion in to rings. You wont use all of it. You need them at least 1/4-1/2 inch thick to keep the egg from running out over the top. Do the same to your peppers. Try to cut as straight as you can. Pick the rings you like the best. Heat your egg pan (I used a cast iron skillet). Place your rings in the pan. Carefully crack open the eggs into the rings. Place a lid over the pan and cook to desired doneness. You dont really want to slip these but you can if you want, they just wont look as pretty. Putting a lid over the pan and letting them cook helps them cook both top and bottom. I cooked mine for about 3 minutes. When done, place on plate with your favorite fresh fruit, 100% whole grain bread (IF you arent avoiding carbs) and enjoy! ✿Share✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿Follow✿¯`*•.¸¸♥Tag yourself & others (¯`•.•´¯)¸•´¯`☆ .`•.¸¸.•´♥ TO SAVE this recipe or share with family & friends, be sure to click this photo and SHARE so it will store on your personal page. ~ Feel free to Friend request me or just click on Follow on my cover pic for daily cool stuff ~ facebook/christine.kohut1 Start your New Years Resolution here: chriskohut1.sbcnewresolution/ For healthy recipes, tips, motivation and FUN, join our FREE Support Group: https://facebook/groups/loseit4goodwatchchrisshrink
