Pretty awesome news this week regarding this investigation into butter and butter substitutes that over 500,000 people read. Smart Balance is moving to non-GMO... doesnt make it healthy, but they are at least doing the right thing and listening to consumer demand! Classifying them as Monsanto Butter definitely helped move the needle #FoodBabeArmy did it again - you should be proud. And if you havent read this investigation yet - this is a MUST read if you buy butter.
