Pretty chuffed about the feedback I just received from a lecturer today, anybody that has seen me in the last couple of weeks would know how much ive been stressing about some of my assignments but after reading this comment I know im gonna smash the rest of the assignments CLINICAL EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION email read- You have selected appropriate reference articles and have given a good interpretation of these articles. You have outlines correct goals and outcomes for these case studies. You have performed the Risk Analysis appropriately and have given correct identification of medical emergencies. You have obtained demonstrated understanding of the Informed Consent documentation. You have selected accurate fitness tests based on the conditions of the case studies provided. You have planned an excellent 8 week training program and have demonstrated understanding of the FITT principles and precautions during exercising. You have outlines relevant adherence strategies and evaluated the fitness program accurately. Yep totally stoked with that one ;)
