Pretty epic climb up Cascade last night during a raging storm! Rodney and I banged this baby out in under 3 hours even after breaking in the upper wind drifted half up and down as well as accompanying a few Fort Drum soldiers out who intended on camping but changed their minds. The summit was wind blown clean but freezing rain pelleted us like BBs. Snow in the tree line was 2ft +. Our tracks leading up were completely gone on our descent. Pretty exciting stuff. It was supposed to be a casual moonlight hike lol, but it turned out pretty awesome!!
