Pretty sad to receive this message on my business Facebook page in regard to GustOrganics transition. So many narrow minded people out there. I want to be pissed but Im just sad. There is so much ignorance..I need some vegan love after recieving this hate mail. Do yall really think that snubbing at least 50% of your customer base is a good idea? As an all organic restaurant you were already operating a Niche business (as most people cannot afford, and/or do not care about eating organic). And now of that already small market, you are (at the very least) cutting it in half. It seems like a very poor business decision to increase spending, and overhaul your business, to cater exclusively to a smaller client base/market. As someone who understands the importance of eating organic, I would have loved and enjoyed to be a patron of your establishment before this change, however now that you offer no meat or animal products I have absolutely NO DESIRE TO GO TO YOUR RESTAURANT.
