Prevent migraines by juicing two apples. Cut the apples into four slices each; you should have a total of eight apple slices. Insert the apple slices into a juicer, along with four stalks of celery. Drink the apple/celery juice on a daily basis to help keep migraines from interrupting your daily activities. This can be found in many foods like eggs, leafy vegetables, and fish. You should attempt to eat foods with B2 in them regularly or take a vitamin for faster results.
