If your car currently has factory navigation or premium sound, this radio will not be direct plug and play. Our direct plug and play-install design avoids the need to hard-wire or physically alter your current radio dash set up. The harnesses is specially designed to fit and match with your current stock, factory radio plugs. All harnesses, wires, and cables(including GPS antenna) are included for proper installation. The radio currently runs through Windows CE 6.0 operating system (OS) and offers standard features such as, but not limited to: are AM/FM Tuner, CD/DVD player, SD Card port, AUX port, Bluetooth, and GPS Navigation. Steering wheel controls along with door chime will also be kept after install of radio is complete. However, any factory AUX port or USB port will no longer work. You will need to use the AUX or USB provided by the OttoNavi head unit. This radio supports any GPS navigation software compatible with Windows CE OS such as iGo. Please use legal, authorized navigation maps as we have seen many pirated GPS navigation maps have missing files resulting in GPS errors. GPS navigation maps can be download from the Internet or purchased direct from OttoNavi with your order. Unfortunately, we do charge an additional fee for GPS maps as they are fully licensed and legal. To ensure customer is fully satisfied with service and product, we physically test each unit prior to shipment. In addition, customers will have access to our full tech support via Amazon. Customers will have 14 days to return item for replacement if found defective or wish to upgrade your radio model.
