Preview for Episode 17: Hi everybody! Episode 17 will be recorded and released tomorrow evening. Episode 17 is a review of Batman: Castle of the Bat, an Elseworlds story from 1994 that is, at least in my mind, sorely underrated. Castle of the Bat weaves the classic Batman origin with Mary Shelleys Frankenstein. The story is written by Jack C. Harris, and Bo Hampton provides stunning artwork. Over the next three weeks I will be reviewing two other Elseworlds stories, as well as a graphic novel that could be considered an Elseworlds story but has not been given the official designation in later reprintings of the book. Therefore, Episode 17 will begin with a summary of the Elseworlds concept and its place in DC publication history.
