This is a fun app that features articulation sound cards for a few basic sounds /f, v, k, g, s, z, tsh, sh/, the remainder of the sounds can be purchased seperately through in-app purchases. This can be played with up to 6 players at a time, so it is great for groups. Each user can work on their own targeted sounds. It also has a data collection system, however, it only provides percentages for each targeted sound and the information is not saved so it can be accessed at a later point in time.
