Pride Conditioning wins again! How NOT to treat a potential client when they walk into your gym: dont look up from your laptop, keep texting your girl, tell them the price or attempt to explain your complicated different classes are different amounts pricing scheme, allow your massive very loud scary dogs to terrorize potential client, be rude, ask them to lift a stupid amount of weight for a stupid number of reps on their first workout, or tell them to just go walk around by themselves when they ask to see the gym and tour the facility. Yes a potential new client just walked into Pride and explained to me all of these things he experienced while visiting three other gyms in the area. Seriously gym owners and trainers, get your sh** together and learn some basic customer service skills, salesmanship and for god sake please at least pick up the garbage off the bathroom floor. Or keep doing what youre doing and Ill just take all your clients, THANKS!!!
