Pride, and respect; my girls father once came to my home and seen the Ethiopian flag on my wall and asked: whats that? I told him thats my peoples flag, in which he responded with a smile, are you from Africa? Then he laughed. I then responded, quote Malcom X. IF YOU PUT A KITTEN IN THE OVEN, DOES THAT MAKE IT A MUFFIN??? your daughter was born here not Mexico? What does that make her??? In which he had no response........and the ignorance doesnt stop there, cuz you have millions of African Americans who feel the same way he does........there ashamed of where their roots really originated, When you call Kemet, (Africa) the motherland, extend my arms as wide as the continent itself, remember, that diamond ring, gold, the most majestic animals, and the most beautiful people, once resided there, Yes!!, Yes!! , Yes!!! I hold my head high and accept the birthplace of my real ancestry.......is that blac enough for you???
