When visiting newyork city please come visit and try eating at JEEPNEYs CHORI BURGER IS NYCs BEST BURGER..you should try a FILIPINO burger made out of a longganisa and beef patty,smothered with banana ketchup, a dollop of soy sauce mayo and a serving of achara(pickled papaya) is the king of burgers in NYC.what makes me more proud of it is this was inspired by the CHORI burgers they devoured in BORACAY when the owner and chef of this JEEPNEYs went to the Philippines for a 3 month backpacking cum culinary trip years ago, JEEPNEYs CHORI Burger is the result of a brainstorming process that happened when they decided to open a FILIPINO Gastropub.funny that the bun use on this burger is CHALLAH bread that makes it FILIPINO JEWISH..This years battle of the Burger winner in the BIG apple proclaimed as CHAMPION THE FILIPINO CREATED CHORI BURGER!the taste of longganisa in a bun which is JEWISH CHALLAH BREAD Definitely added to the curiosity throw in Filipino condiments like the banana ketchup and soy sauce/mayo aioli concoction add a serving of achara truly a winner.
