Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has been making public appearances more frequently of late following his recovery from an E.coli infection which forced him out of work for a few days. On Sunday, he took time off his busy schedule to spend quality time with his daughter Nooryana Najwa at the newly opened IOI City Mall in Putrajaya. “Happy to spend quality time with my daughter, having lunch at IOI City Mall Putrajaya. Nice to see many people spending the weekend with family,” Najib wrote in a post on his Facebook page which has garnered more than 10,000 likes. Notwithstanding the presence of his security personnel in the background, pictures showed a tired but carefree Najib enjoying his daughter’s company at Tony Roma’s before the two visited the ice-skating rink located on the first floor of the mall. On Friday, the prime minister surprised LRT commuters when he boarded the train from Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) to KL Sentral to experience the service for himself. “Based on my experience, I see there is still some room for improvement. God willing, we will identify the best way to improve the quality of service of our public transportation system for the comfort of the people,” he said in a post on Friday.
