Prime Minister Narendra Modi says he wants to make India the easiest place in the world to do business. He wants Indians settled overseas to return home because spectacular opportunities await them. The Prime Minister might want to clean up Delhi first, where I had planned to settle. It takes a special set of skills to navigate the social system, particularly in the real estate business. Being clueless, I lost what for me was a great deal of money. Clearly, many Indians dont believe in keeping their word.
