Prime Minister of Georgia speaking: I do not know who that man [former President Mikheil Saakashvili] was; he was lying to everyone that he resolved the problem of electricity shortage, of bad roads – where are they? We kicked that stupid man out. He was still in Georgia until November [2013]. There were still UNM representatives in local self-government bodies and therefore, it is important that the upcoming election completely clears the situation off. Representatives of the UNM will no longer exist; they run for the [local] election but it will be a disaster if people vote for them... The key thing is to get through the election well so that no trace of the UNM is left. They [UNM] are liars and they ruined the country.
