Prime example of a cop being nothing but an aggressive bully even making threats. Cops like this are a danger and threat to people around them and they should not be in uniform. THIS is the reason why transparency is critical. Here in Virginia, you can NOT FOIA Request an officers record of complaints and misconduct, etc. There is a special statute making that exempt. There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with that. When you have a cop, like this one, or such as this one who has a history of complaints, misconduct even violence they MUST be removed from the force and FLAGGED from becoming cops else where. People need to seriously speak to their local elected representation and demand this Virginia Freedom of Information Act exemption be REMOVED. - Nathan
