Prime reasons (as per my assumption) that have forced for TDP-BJP alliance: • Had TDP been an ally of a strong national party (i.e. BJP) at the centre in 2009 itself, injustice to Seema Andhra would have been minimised to maximum extent or the TG bill wouldn’t have been passed atleast in the last parliament session until justice was delivered. Also the TDP MPs fighting for justice wouldn’t have been left alone to their fate. • Also in the coming days, bending the backs of central govt for funds & development schemes would be possible if only TDP is part of / strong Ally of BJP that is going to form the Govt. • The value that TDP gets post alliance would be different from pre alliance. • Also in the worst situation of an unstable govt in seema Andhra or Telangana/ JaGoon wagging his tail/ KCR’s monarchy, there should be a man who needs to chop it using central power and it should be CBN. For that a pre poll alliance is a high requirement. • Also a friend in need is a friend in deed. BJP is in desperate need of Allies and it would definitely come to the aid of protecting Seema Andhra peoples interests when situation demands.
