Prince George, I want to give a HELL YEAH to my amazing team of Ambassadors at the Coast Inn of the North! Many members of my team have been here for over 15 years - we even have three people who have recently celebrated 40 years with us -ahem, thats longer than Ive been alive! Our team have celebrated weddings with you; graduations with your kids - and even honored your loved ones during celebrations of life. Weve hosted your meetings, and partied into each new year with you! Coast Inn of the North has always been the bedroom of the community and has always been your #1 choice for all of your events - certainly the Norths #1 Hotel! Recently, we found out that our server Tim was voted #1 Server in PG; Our Shogun was voted #1 Seafood restaurant in PG; and our hotel? Well, we also took #1 in that spot this year, according to Best of PG in the PG Free Press. Not only this, but our team was nominated for Service Excellence, Business of the Year, and Corporate Culture again this year in the PG Chamber Business Excellence Awards. Every guest who stays with us has the opportunity to send us their feedback on their stay with us. Though at times we do receive some negatives (which always provide coaching/training or corrective maintenance opportunities) the one thing that is always rated very well is the friendly and accommodating nature of our people. We know that we have some of the best in the industry working with us, and for you! The Inn of the North has been a fixture in PG for years - and we are undergoing renovations to continue to delight our Guests. Renovations are almost complete on our guest rooms (come for a tour!) and in the near future (likely after the winter games) the public areas will receive the same treatment. I want to thank my Ambassadors for their hard work; their determination, and their perseverance. I am inspired by your committment, and honored to be part of this team with each of you.
