■Principal Donors That cricket and other games are expensive and demand lavish purses for their maintenance can not be denied by any body who understands them thoroughly. Pander would have never gained a prominent position in the history of Indian Cricket had it not enjoyed the spontaneous and generous patronage of its people like Mr. Gulam Mobamed Azam Alloo. Mr. Ahmed Usuf Botawala, Mr. Ahmed Ebrahim Nana. Mr. Ebrahim Usuf Botawala, Bai Hawabibi Usuf Botawala, Bai Mariambibi Usuf Botawala, Mr. Azam Ariff Bham , Mr. Ahmed Ebrahim Madari. Mr. Mohamed Yusuf Ismail, Mr. Mohamed Casam Bharucha, Casam Azan Piperdi, Gulam Husain Casam Ariff and many others who contributed open heartedly towards the purchases of lands, erections of the pavilion and the maintenance of the Gymkhana. Mr. Ismail Ahmed Nana Ahmed Nana, a young gentleman, inherited the enthusiasm of his illustrious grandfather who introduced Cricket in Rander in 1865 and his generous slather Mr. Ahmed Ebrahim Nana. Last year he donated the Gymkhana with Play Ground and Physical Culture equipment such as merry- go-round, See-Saw. Sliding-boards and Swings for children and Horizontal bar, Parallel bars and Roman rings for youths at a cost of Rs. 5,000/- on the happy occasion of the fourth birth day of his son Ayub. Further he has in mind a Gymkhana for ladies and for this purpose he is willing to make a very generous donation.
