When somebody dies you need to have a dead certificate, The pathologist can give you a 99.9 % accuracy on the cause of death with 2 hours of post mortem, It is because the insurance people will decide whether they should only pay out life insurance claims money, And also whether they should also pay out Personal Accident Claims money, It may run to millions for PA and they do not make a joke out of it, They want 99.99 accuracy on the cause of death ???? What about TBH case ? In a living human being the heart pumps 70 to 80 times a minute, It has a pressure 120 vs 80 or higher or lower, For accident victims the heart will pump until the last minutes of fatal impact, You have seen fresh blood splashed all over the place, But when a person dies..the heart will stop pumping immediately, In battlefields throughout the history of warfare, The medical corps will feel the purse at the wrists or the aorta at the neck region of a fallen soldier, If there is no more purse the soldier is dead, If the soldier is dead there will be no bleeding as there is no more heart pumping and no more blood pressure, Look at the body of TBH in Google, Was there any bleeding around the place of impact from the fall ?
