Prison story. Guy sets his cell on fire , its fully engulfed in flames . The sprinkler has not yet activated. I alert other staff and then proceed to douse th fire. I drop his food slot and disperse the fire extinguisher, all th time not knowing he had moved from his Window to the slot. He ate dam near the all retardant from the extinguisher. He Had to go to the hospital. Twenty minutes later a guy sets himself on fire, had to deal with him. Half hour later a guy stabs himself in the arm with a plastic fork and was bleeding profusely. I went to go help for him and there was a guy hanging himself in the day room .we cut him down and started cpr. Meanwhile ol boy was still bleeding, at least twenty minutes had passed before I remembered. We ran to his cell , blood was flowing from under his door. I opened his Window cover and he was pale as a ghost. He whispered to me Green I didnt think you was coming back. All in a days work. Dont let your loved ones go to prison. These are real events and I have twenty seven more years of these experiences. You think im playing FOIA these events. More to come all in a days work.
