Prisoner of ones own mind A prisoner is defined as an inmate, is a person who is deprived of liberty against their will. This can be confinement, captivity, or by forcible restraint. A prison cell is usual a 6 by 8 in size with Steel or Brick walls and one solid door that locks from the outside. The solid ones sometimes have a window that allow the prisoner to be observed from the outside. Who want to live like this? But the saying goes if you do the crime, you will do the time. Being a prisoner of your own mind is referring, to several things one is a person who has lost their Faith, who has been hurt by another, whereas you think that your situation or circumstances is beyond resurrection. The last few weeks of my life i felt like i was losing my Faith. Hurt by another that you thought you could trust.... But i quickly found out, To Trust no man but God. Here i was thinking my situation and circumstances were beyond resurrection, there is someone out there is worse off than me. Are you a prisoner of your own mind ?My prison has me feeling a prisoner of my own.... My prison has me feeling like an animal trapped meant to be someones meal of the day. I am imprisoned, in a room with no windows to view the world. Or like a caged bird who sings I wanna be free. My hands are being restrained and I cant write. My voice is gone and I cant speak. To let someone or something have so much control of your mind and body is not ever good.
