Admitting to the special social treatment you get based on your un-marginalized identity does not cancel out any hardships you have experienced nor does it imply that youll never experience a difficult life. It just means that if a minority is in your situation likely they will have to deal with more struggles on top of that, and not because of what theyre doing, but because of how society views/treats them. And if you get upset when someone calls out your privilege but youre totally okay with using slurs that contribute to the normalization of hate based in language, then theres one clue - youre privileged.
