Pro tip -- if youre coming off a 29-minute workout that involved 600 meter sprints and 95-pound overhead squats, maybe you shouldnt just sit your fat ass at your desk right away. Because when you try to stand up later your legs will have stiffened up considerably. Maybe this wont be true for the younger folks but definitely true for me this morning. Was a big mistake to sit at my desk right after I took a shower. Should have walked around for a bit longer to give my legs time to deal with the lactic acid build-up.
