Probably silly of me for being bothered by this, but I recently wrote to a small locally owned specialty food store in my area. I didnt want anything in return, but wanted them to know that some assorted cheese cubes that I purchased, went moldy in just a few days and I threw them out. When I looked at the dates, the sell by date was a week prior to the day I purchased it. I wasnt asking for my money back or a replacement, but I did assume I would get an apology, at least. And..guess what? Nothing. Today, I was scanning messages and realized that even though it said that my original message was read, no one took the time to even acknowledge me. Again...an apology was all that was necessary..as I like the store and mistakes can happen. However..I was a bit ticked that no one even responded and so I sent another message stating that While I didnt ask for anything in return, a reply would have been nice. Yanno what? They read it 2 minutes later and again..no reply. Might rethink shopping there.
