Problem in the gene pool....... 2 small boys come out of the store with their "father" (I assume....), who was more interested in playing with his phone than watching his children or holding their hands as they walked across in front of the traffic. At one point he looked up at me and made no effort to gather his children or give them any guidance and proceeded to bury his nose in his phone as the 2 boys lagged behind in the parking lot with cars going up and down the aisle as they walked right down the middle of the lane. Of course he was still playing on his phone completely oblivious to the danger that those kids (around the age of 3 and 4) were in. Txting while driving is illegal now.... so should txting while stupid.
