Problem with the Toshiba tv upstairs about 3 weeks ago. Reported it and waited for courier collection on 17th September. Nothing happened. When I followed it up it was made clear that the emptyhead who took my details had cocked up on three fronts: typed wrong address - 18 instead of 80 Sir Jack Wilshere Avenue; typed home phone number instead of mobile so I got no texts to update me on delivery details; spelt email address wrong, and also even misspelt the media part of virginmedia, so I got no email updates either. Chased them up last week and was told to ring today to see whats happening. Whilst typing this Ive been waiting for a human to interrupt this awful bloody music. Ah, one arrived. Hes trying to identify me. Hope this one has a few GCSEs. Hes saying its in the workshop and is being treated as an urgent case. Not that bloody urgent, I said. Now Im on hold. Shite music again. Hes trying his best. Two GCSEs, I reckon. Nice lad, though; trying to chase it up with an outside phone call. Speech impediment - ideal for telephone work. Hes back. Says its finished, and I ll probably get it back tomorrow or the next day. Thatll be 19/20 days in all if hes right. Hoo-bloody-ray. Dont buy Toshiba tvs. Thanks for your time: #miserableoldsod
