Product Sales Manager-Trade Sales & Solutions Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Description: •Support the development of a sales / calling program for Trade •Implement and monitor the trade sales plan to achieve targeted revenue objectives. •Monitor client trade finance utilizations and make sales calls to promote trade finance •Refer new to bank clients and offer out of box solutions •Work with internal stakeholders including ops, credit, legal, compliance etc to offer value add solutions in trade finance •Make presentations to clients on Trade Finance solutions. •Identify the client needs and work with the Trade Finance team to develop innovative trade finance solutions. •Compile a weekly / monthly trade sales report showing, target clients, sales revenue, pipeline sales revenue, competitor information, percentage budget achieved year to date and client satisfaction/complaints etc. Desired Profile: •At least 6-8 years with a large bank with strong trade sales track record in trade finance products/solutions including client origination •Excellent Trade finance product knowledge and the ability to identify market needs and work with a team to develop cutting-edge product solutions to position Bank in Riyadh, KSA as a Market leader in Trade Finance. •A thorough understanding of trade payment instruments and guarantees. Some experience in off balance sheet trade finance activities would be an advantage. •A thorough understanding of UCP 600, URR 525, URDG, Incoterms 2000, currency hedging instruments and Exchange Control Rules and Regulations. •A working knowledge of freight forwarding, marine insurance and Customs and excise as related to trade finance. •In depth understanding of trade finance solutions •Extensive local market experience in a reputed bank •Sound understanding of trade finance technicalities and concepts •Good planning, organization and communication skills. •Team Player – ability to work in a Matrix organization across different cultures. Good communication, people and presentation skills. •Ability to prepare business presentations and economic intelligence •Self motivated and proactive approach to marketing sales. Strong personality in order to engage senior management within the client for business discussions •Results orientated, committed and with strong sense of discipline •Self starter •Presentation skills to large corporate •Excellent speaking skills in English & Arabic •Thorough understand of trade finance with sound banking knowledge •Credit analysis will be an advantage
