Production Specialist at Döhle Job Description: • Ensure and assist in controlling the daily production in the plant according to time-, cost- and quality-related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization. • Show compliance with the production and filling order in coordination with Disposition. • Participate in recording and checking production processes according to existing optimization and standardization potentials together with the production Shift leader. • Participate in preparing the performance analysis and derive measures in case of assessed divergences. Ensure their implementation in accordance with the executive manager. • Work closely with the production shift leader to control and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection. • Control and ensure efficiently operating repair and maintenance work and machine modification. • Provide information on complaint processing (blends, Not-Raft, out of spec batches) in close collaboration with Quality and the executive manager. Implement appropriate measure to improve quality. • Implement inventory taking and stock correction entry if applicable • Ensure a clear exchange of all important information within shift change to the shift leader. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Food Science major) or science chemistry major. 2. 1-3 years of experience preferably in the food manufacturing field 3.
