Productive and interesting weekend. First, my mom is misbehaving in memory care. She does NOT want to shower. We got to see her venom towards the staff in action; it wasnt pretty, and it reminded us of why she needed to move out of our home in the first place. Im thankful that we arent at the receiving end but worry that her fierce behavior will get her kicked out of memory care. Second, we got to see The Giver movie, which is helpful as I am going to be interviewed by Harvards magazine staff on Tuesday about implementing Harvards curriculum on the book and movie as part of a doctoral research project. Third, I reached my goal of grading seven more essays. Yippee! Only six more to go! I just wish that I had time to grade them during my school day. Yeah, it was an interesting, productive weekend. Now, can we get a restart with no responsibilities?
