Productive day today! I even managed to have a little downtime for myself. Cant afford to get rundown so I gave myself a three hour break! Of course, Ill make up for it right after this post. ;) Now, sorry for photographing beads still on the mandrel but I find if I let them soak for a few minutes, they twist off a lot easier. The old release I was using didnt hold them on as tight and I could pull them right off even without the use of a pliers to hold the rod while I pulled the bead. That was nice however, that particular release did tend to break a lot, especially when I would encase or work a bead for a long time. Anyway, Im so happy with the steel blue set and the green set as well. I made sets like these a couple of weeks ago but these came out much better. The single purple bead is a tester and I like it so I think Ill make an entire set of 11 this week. My absolute FAVE of the day though is the single one I did take off the mandrel. Dont know what Ill do with it yet but itll remain a singleton. Id have cats trying to make a set to match that one...
