Prof Lopez said our topic on Jury Selection has been given the thumbs up by Prof Lopez. Specifically, a petition that would require the jury to represent (as best as possible) the ethnic backgrounds of the plaintiff and defendant. A more balanced jury selection process will allow both parties to receive equal representation. Lets start research and post what we find in the comments on this post, so we can keep them in one place. Then we can read them and decide which 10 to use.
