Professor Brian Naples talks about the History of the National Debt Brian Naples, government instructor for Panola College, will be featured as the Lunchbox Lecture speaker at noon, October 9, 2013 in the M.P. Baker Library Community Room. Mr. Naples will discuss the different fiscal issues various presidents have faced during their presidency. He will then break down current federal spending, showing where the money goes and explain the federal deficit. An ongoing exhibit created by Panola College students will be held in the Fay Allison Gallery of the library in conjunction with the lecture from October 9-31,2013. Mr. Naples graduated from Franciscan University, Ohio with a BA in History and from the University of Dallas with a Masters in Politics. The program is free and open to the community.
