Program Managers Job Location: Delhi Job Description: Scope of Position: The manager will identify, develop and plan various opportunities for organizations (NGO’s, CBO’s, Trust’s etc.) with respect to program implementation, management and mobilization of resources and will conceive ideas and opportunities with a wide approach in mobilizing funds for long term program from PSU’s, Private and Multilateral. This is a full time job and not a consultancy job. Key Responsibilities • Suggest innovative ideas/formats and concepts while developing proposals. • Responsible for proposal drafting, editing, coordinating with NGO for query sheet, documents & getting the proposal approved by the client. • Responsible for identifying donor and aligning project specific donors from donor map. • Undertake field visits as and when required. • Support the Assistant Director in drafting strategies and innovations. • Prepare regular report on the activities performed and submit to Assistant Director. • Continuous update of sectoral knowledge, reading professional publications; maintaining coordination with other team & participating in organizations academic activities. Also imparting the same knowledge to the team members. • Participate in conference/workshop/seminar & submit report on the same. Desired Candidate Profile: • Development sector professional with experience of 1-3 years in the concerned subsector with sufficient field level implementation experience • Should be fully versed in program management, NGO capacity evaluation, facilitation and the drafting of project proposals for donors • A demonstrable track record of writing proposals having conservative resources • Working under tight deadlines • Articulate in spoken Hindi and English, have exceptional written skills in both languages and possess sharp and meticulous thought process • IT enabled, competent in MS Office and internet Functional Area: Operations Functional Role: Infrastructure executive/Manager Candidate Requirement • Development sector professional with experience of 1-3 years in the concerned subsector with sufficient field level implementation experience • Should be fully versed in program management, NGO capacity evaluation, facilitation and the drafting of project proposals for donors • A demonstrable track record of writing proposals having conservative resources • Working under tight deadlines • Articulate in spoken Hindi and English, have exceptional written skills in both languages and possess sharp and meticulous thought process • IT enabled, competent in MS Office and internet.
