Program Note: With the 1 Rep Front and OH Squats tomorrow the standard will be great posture and full range of motion (hip crease below the knee). Any significant rounding of the back will not be acceptable :) With that said please keep the big picture in mind as far as our program goes. You have 14-16 weeks to learn to safely squat any style/clean and jerk/snatch. For some of you the PVC pipe and KBell will be your friend for awhile. We are repeatedly what we do. Excellence therefore, is not an act but a habit. Thanks -Will
