Programme Officer Faizal and Shabana Foundation Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Apply by: 12 Jul 2013 Relevant Sectors Private Sector, Corporate Social Responsibility Social, Gender, Education, Youth, Child Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Monitor and support the planned implementation of all projects supported by Faizal and Shabana Foundation in Kerala. Track donations by monitoring how funds are distributed and used to funds are used appropriately and for the intention with which they were made. Plan and organise activities that are run by the KEF Foundation. Assist with the implementation of the PRISM project as per the road map developed in consultation with all the PRSIM stakeholders and the Head of Foundation. Develop effective professional relationships with the stakeholders of PRISM project and the local leaders in the sectors of education and health in Kerala so that the objectives of PRISM are realised. Develop the brand of Foundation in Kerala. Maintain the highest levels of transparency in all activities, including financial activities related to the Foundation. Analyse new requests for charitable donations and make recommendations to the Head of Foundation. Represent the Foundation at community events and build relationships with community leaders and representatives. Work closely with Verticals for any Foundation related issues. Travel throughout Kerala and other parts of India as and when required. Keep up to date with global and local news / events that impact or influence the activities of the Foundation. Qualifications & Experience Master of Social Work or Post Graduate in Development or related discipline. 5-8 years of experience. CSR experience and working with government systems would be desirable.
