Programming - where most lifters fall short! Seriously, it’s that simple and where we fall by the wayside of make little to zero gainzzz. Without a doubt, the biggest mistake I’ve noticed with most of the gym population, is that they waltz in through those gym doors to work out, NOT train. (I said most gym populations not all). The differences are universes apart. Training is when you have a progressive plan with a set objective with quantified outcomes and progressive levels of difficulty; working out is anything that makes you sweaty and tired, but not necessarily more productive because it lacks direction and indicative measures of progress. MOST PEOPLE DON’T GET THAT. The complexity behind training is not as simple as most people would think; your body lives in chaos that adapts to stress and reacts in unpredictable patterns. We all know that. Without a solid protocol that has been laid out through the mastering of the science behind fitness and in combination with the art of coaching, most likely, your gym sessions will end up being counterproductive—leading you to no results. In the worst case scenario, you can end up destroying your body through injuries, mental disorders, and disbalancement—it’s INSANITY… The only thing that you have to get is this: Lifting to obtain specific milestones certain without proper programming is like hitting on a sober bikini model when you’re heavily intoxicated: Nothing is going to happen unless you’re the God of Aesthetics, and that goal was nailed before you even made it a goal, thereby counting you out (as originally stated). Now Im not saying that every coach or trainer is an Einstein when it comes to building muscle, but there are coaches out there that stand above many others. These are the ones you need to connect with. So think smart. Lift smarter. - Kev
