Progress pictures are so important when assessing change. Of course if you have been a follower of CWT for a while, you know we are not fans of using the scale as the sole tool for measuring progress. Pictures don’t lie. I can’t begin to tell you how many awkward progress pictures I get, that are really just selfies. Quick pictures snapped in the mirror with some random pose, and wearing whatever. It is very difficult to assess change, when each set of pictures is taken entirely different with clothes, lightening, and positioning.
