Progression.. For years I have been lifting weights in the gym and eating like crap as long as I got in those extra calories for bulk.. Id be like YESS CHEST DAY! Or YESS lets bench! The only progression with weights is the increase.. As soon as I started the #paleodiet around 3 years ago and calisthenics around 2 years ago the progression towards total body figure was insane!
