Hill International is currently seeking to recruit for a Large Mixed Use Project in KSA a: Project Controls Engineer JOB DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES • Reporting to the PCS Manager • Develop and maintain overall project schedule including the incorporation of contractor and owner schedule elements • Report progress and status on a weekly and monthly basis to the project core team and various stakeholders • Analyze progress, identify schedule impacts, and coordinate to develop workarounds • Produce schedule related products such as staffing, resource, and quantity installation curves • Coordinate the project critical items list • Track potential and approved changes and adjust budgets accordingly • Analyze progress, performance and actual cost to develop forecasts and estimates to complete the work • Supervising and coordinating project technical work • Organizing and overseeing administrative and logistic support Skills QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other relevant discipline • 5 - 10 years Project Controls Experience • Experience in Large Mixed Use Projects • Excellent English Language Skills • Use of project planning and management software • Fully computer literate with excellent analytical drafting skills. • Candidate must have knowledge Project planning • Experience with Primavera Software will be considered an asset The company offers career development opportunities within a dynamic working environment.
