This globally well known corporation in the Telco sector is running its Shared Service Center from downtown Debrecen to support its operations all over Europe. They are looking for you to fit in to their multinational, passionate and rapidly expanding team! Feladatok / Tasks As an Installation Coordinator, your daily tasks will be to: oversee incoming service requests for new or expanding IT services handle all administrative tasks and duties in regards to new service requests be in contact via phone and e-mail with internal departments and branches, local teams and engineers during implementation support the Customer Service units with relevant informations about new implementations. Elvárások / Requirements You are the perfect candidate if you: speak GermanFrenchDutch and English fluently, are a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in a customer related position, like working with people, solving problems, and developing yourself by being challenged in your work every day, arent afraid of complex duties and multitasking, have general interest in IT infrastructures.
