Project Coordinator, USAIDs Justice for All (Dinajpur & Rangpur) Association for Integrated Development-Comilla No. of Vacancies 02 Job Description / Responsibility The Project Coordinator will be based in Dinajpur or Rangpur, report directly to the Executive Director of AID-Comilla and responsible for managing planned activities, implementation and reporting tasks. More specifically, Project Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work closely with association leadership to carry out planned activities; Establish good working relations and effective communications with other stakeholders; Proactively engage for event management of District Legal Aid Office initiated programs; Closely work with project team to achieve planned activities; Document news clippings about legal aid and court services from media; Develop operational linkages in between District & Session Judge, Bar Association and NGOs in developing resourceful people�s capacity; Manage to budget planning and overall project expenditure within the budgets and time frames as agreed upon; Monitor day to day activities and financial tracking; Facilitate, organize and coordinate all legal aid committee�s activities in time manner; Produce different need-based deliverables / report in English & Bangla; Willingness to frequent travel in project locations as and when required; Other duties as assigned by AID-Comilla that are consistent with the overall focus of the assignment; Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Masters in any discipline, preference will be given to law academic background. Experience Requirements 8 to 12 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advocacy, Legal Aid & Services, Monitoring, Supervision, Trainer The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGOs Additional Job Requirements Age 35 to 45 year(s) Must have motor cycle driving license, computer skill, and report writing skill.
